Gagan Palta is Director and General Counsel of Max Healthcare. In this role, Gagan leads the legal and compliance teams and is responsible for overall legal matters including litigation, commercial transactions and compliance strategy across all aspects of Max Healthcare among other responsibilities.

Prior to joining Max Healthcare in September 2024, Gagan served at the Uno Minda as General Counsel and brings along 25 years of experience and worked in India with Uno Minda, CNH Industrial, GE Power, Alstom, Genpact and CitiFinancial, serving in a variety of leadership positions with responsibility for legal matters related to litigation and dispute resolution, structuring transactions, mergers and acquisitions, strengthening ethics and compliance program processes and risk areas, corporate governance and securities law.
